Before you buy

Children under 8 can access the site, but they can’t use the AR glasses.

On-site usage

  • Meet the staff waiting outside the Coffee Shop Vittoria in Piazza Esedra, and look for an AR tour sign
  • Show your smartphone voucher to the staff
  • Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
  • The tour will wait for latecomers for a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, the tour will start out of respect for the other participant
