  • The duration of the flight may vary depending on weather conditions
  • Children must be at least 4 years old and taller than 1.20m
  • The maximum allowed weight is 150kg

On-site usage

  • Meet your host at Citibanamex located at Ángel de la Independencia (Av. P.º de la Reforma 31, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México) at the time selected
  • You will dropped off at the meeting point from the beginning of the tour or you can stay at Basílica de Guadalupe and return on your own
  • Please note that in exceptional cases due to weather conditions, we may meet you at the meeting point at 6 am. In any case, our team at the destination will confirm the meeting time at the meeting point at least 24 hours before your tour

After your visit

  • Meeting point: Angel of Independence (Av. P.º de la Reforma, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc) at 5:00 am
  • The drop-off location will be at MIGA CAFÉ or behind the Palace of Fine Arts
  • By order of the Mexican government, it’s mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: full name, weight, and medical conditions. Please also note that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will have an additional charge. The maximum weight allowed per person is 150 kg
