- Your ticket is valid for one day
- You are required to arrive 15 minutes earlier at the meeting point: Piazza del Duomo, 6, 50122 Firenze (FI)
- You’ll receive your tickets and Audio App instructions via WhatsApp or email, using the contact information provided, about 24 hours before your visit
- We recommend downloading everything in advance using Wi-Fi
- For further assistance, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry
- The staff will be recognised by a bright yellow vest with ACCORD written on it

After your visit
- Bags and luggages are not allowed, you can leave them free of charge in the lockers inside the museum
- Baptistery: Visitors should be aware that the Baptistery’s vault mosaics are currently under restoration and are not visible. The Baptistery closes at 2:00 pm every first Sunday of the month
- Opera del Duomo Museum: The museum is closed every first Tuesday of the month
